I came, I saw …
Trapped?
Another one from Harold’s Planet.
Bash
I bashed my car. Two time in two days. It sucks. Not the dents on the car but the thought that I cant drive it well enough to keep it on the road. And I hate the feeling.
And now I am being irrational. I am thinking maybe I don’t deserve to drive. Maybe I am cursed. I am talking like superstitious person. I am tempted to pray to Vishwakara everytime before I touch my steering wheel. Blah.
Poor Santro. I treat her as a step child ever since @sgElectra happened to me.
Anyways, next time on, shall be careful.

Don Karnage – I am a Fan
I am now a Don Karnage fan. Actually I have always been a fan but its just reaffirmation.
I still remember the time when I would desperately wait for Tale Spin to happen. Obviously I was young enough not to have any biases and favorites. But with time, when the show became a passe, and memories began to fade away, there were few things left in the mysterious folds of memory. Amongst them was Don Karnage. The pirate king. The king of puns. The master of one-liners.
His impeccable sense of humour and great timing at the makes him such a superhero (supervillian if you may).
This is one character I would have loved to meet in real life. And I am talking from what I have seen in the translated version that ran in India. Have no clue how good/bad was he in the original series. If you are in India and you are keen on watching him, tune into Jetix every morning at 8.
Too bad Don doesn’t have a page on Wikipedia. I however found a few fanpages and here is a linked list

Yet another masterpiece from folks over at Harold’s Planet.
Simpu Sodhi – Bring back Simpu Singh
How about writing to Channel V and bringing back Simpu Singh? I am ready to create FB groups, Orkut communities, send out chain mails and file petitions online. I will do anything (virtual) to get him back.
For the uninitiated Simpu Sodhi is/was a Channel V character that they created way back in 2000 for their shows. It is modeled after a sikh teacher and he is simply awesome.
Simpu Sodhi is all you can want in a person. He is a grown up. He is a kid. He is charming. He is innocent. He is intelligent. He has a temper. He is sensitive towards cute school kids that look more like micelings… He is Simpu Sodhi. Like No Other.
PLEASE HELP ME GET BACK SIMPU SODHI. Can some marketing whiz help me promote the cause and get some media attention?
He certainly makes it to my list of favorite fictional characters that includes Homer Simpson (of Homer Simpson fame), Michael Corleone (of Godfather fame), Jack Bauer (of 24 fame) and Udham Singh (again Channel V).
My playlist on Youtube.

Open Letter to Hugh MacLeod
I think very highly of Hugh MacLeod. Here is a comment I left on his page. I dont know if he would publish it or not, but here is a copy.
You rock Hugh. Keep on the good work.
I have taken fwe liberties to post a couple of your cartoons on my blog (obviously with due credits).
I always thought no one knows (or could understand) what I thought about life and work and here you are with exact same thoughts (in lot of cases – you are ten steps ahead – talking about things that I havent thought about) and that too on the back of the business cards.
Thanks for being such a relief from millions of tons of gibberish spread on the internet

SGP.S.: Wondering if all webpages were measurable in grams, would we exceed the weight of the planet .. ?
P.P.S.: Law of conservation of energy – You produce something by using something and sum total of Energy in the planet remains same (E=mc[sqr]). When creating websites is simple and in many cases automated, what law are we following .. ?
UPDATE: Changed name from Hugh Grant to Hugh MacLeod after Venkatesh commented. Slip of fingers .. 🙁 Sorry !
